Registration procedures
One may book a tour with a private tour guide through advanced registration of a minimum of 8 business days.

Cancellation procedures
One may cancel a reservation without incurring a cancellation fee on condition that the cancellation is made in writing up to two business days (8:00am-4:00pm Israel time) before the set time of the visit. Any cancellation made after this time will be charged for the full cost of the reservation.

The City of David National Park – Important Information

Matmon cardholders are exempt from the general admission fee to the park, and are charged the difference in price to take part in a guided tour.
Matmon card discounts cannot be granted to ticket purchases made via the internet.
