City Of David Story in 90 Seconds

A Passover experience for the whole family in the Kings’ Valley! Come enjoy a colorful festival for the whole family, free of charge! In the Kidron Valley, just a short walk from the Dung Gate and the Western Wall, nestled between the City of David and the Mount of Olives, the Kings’ Valley unfolds before you with green olive trees, the Old City walls, and the sounds of bells recreating the magical and breathtaking atmosphere of ancient Jerusalem. You will be welcomed into an ancient-style hospitality tent, enjoy camel rides, and create fun projects at our workshops for children making flutes, coins, mosaics, and pitas. You can also join free tours along the Kidron Valley and admire the "Petra of Jerusalem", the monumental and magnificent tombstones carved into the rocks 2,000 years ago.

Take a stroll through the refreshing cool water of the Shiloah Tunnel and light your way underground with flashlights. The tunnel entry is at a nominal fee for all festival participants. The route to the tunnel is an experience in itself and includes an enjoyable ride in an electric off-road vehicle. The festival will begin at 11:00 am!
